With over thirty years in the field, Patrick Cashen is well known for his award-winning designs in Denver’s metropolitan area, although his work can be seen in New York, Montana and Jamaica as well. The recipient of several local and one national award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Mr. Cashen’s projects have been profiled in local and national publications, including Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, House Beautiful Magazine, Denver Business Journal and The Denver Post. Denver Design & Development is rich in experience with a depth of talent at all ends of both the construction and marketing of homes, townhomes and condominums - both new and as conversions.. Bruce Maltz, the LLC Manager, has 30 years of design, development and marketing experience in the multi-family and single family housing markets as well as a concentrated background in real estate finance. He has developed dozens of properties in both mid range and high end markets consisting of over 1100 homes. Richard Martinez, project manager, has an extensive background and over 20 years of experience in real estate construction of both single family and multi family. He has worked in every phase of the construction arena and holds a rare National I.C.C. certification (National Building Inspector), which allows him to hold any and all contractor licenses of the highest designation anywhere in the United States. His construction portfolio consists of over 130 projects which includes 3900 residential units over the past 7 years, and he has built 10 commercial projects, 3 hotels and 2 hospital annex building with notable companies such as D & R Framing, Howell Construction and Pinkard. Brian Eikenberg, construction manager, grew up in the business, as his family is one of Denvers oldest top builders. Brian has three years of custom framing experience with high end framing contractor Lost Creek Construction llc. And has taken construction management courses through A.C.C. and CU Denver. Has been a builder in the Denver Area for top companies like Bison Builders, D & R Framing, and Centerline Builders. Brian has completed in excess of 200 homes in metropolitan Denver.
